Lake County DOT is seeking road reconstruction services to convert intersections and widen roadways.

Description

The intersections are being converted from 4-way stop intersections to roundabouts. Between the intersections, Road will be resurfaced and widened to the County typical section. The roadways will be reconstructed with full depth HMA pavement. Additional work includes earthwork, ditch and storm sewer construction, erosion control measures, landscape restoration and other related work.The net length of improvement is 1.05 mi. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. **To bid on this project, contractors shall be required to provide a valid IDOT Certificate of Eligibility and obtain an approved LCDOT Authorization to Bid.** This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
