Request for Responses for Data Master Plan and Governance Framework Development

The Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) is seeking responses to Request for Response (RFR) BD-25-1211-MSBA-MASS-120926 for the development of a Data Master Plan and Governance Framework. The purpose of this RFR is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to create a comprehensive data strategy for the MSBA. The scope of the project includes, but may not be limited to, assessing the MSBA's current data landscape, defining data governance policies, and developing a roadmap for improved data management and utilization. Key requirements involve a thorough understanding of data management best practices, experience in developing data governance frameworks, and the ability to collaborate effectively with MSBA stakeholders. Respondents are required to complete and submit specified attachments, including an Authorized Respondent Signature and Acceptance Form, a Certification Statement, a Supplier Diversity Program form, and an Invest in MA Form. The MSBA Master Services Agreement will also be applicable to the selected vendor.
