JANITORIAL SERVICES- CITY WIDE

The City of Longview is accepting competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide janitorial services for various City buildings and facilities around Longview. Services include, but are not limited to, cleaning and sanitizing all restrooms, emptying waste baskets and replacing soiled liners, dusting, vacuuming all carpeted floors, sweeping, mopping, etc.Special InstructionsA MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING will be held October 30, 2025 at 10:00 AM in City Hall located at 300 West Cotton St. Longview, TX. This meeting is to answer questions regarding proposal/contract requirements and tour the facilities. This meeting will include a tour and will require intensive walking. Transportation will be provided to the facilities. Site tours will only be required for Group 1 facilities. No site visit will be provided for Group 2 facilities. Potential proposers are welcome and encouraged to take any measurements needed during the site visits. Due to the importance of all proposers having a clear understanding of the specifications and scope of work requirements in this solicitation, attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is a prerequisite for submitting a proposal. Proposals will only be accepted from those who are represented at the pre-proposal meeting.
