The project consists of street improvements including median installation and landscape/irrigation improvements, curb and gutter, curb ramps, paving, striping, and all related work. A mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held at Monterey Park City Hall, located at 320 W Newmark Ave, Monterey Park, CA 91754 on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 10:00 am. (Public Works Counter) This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. location Potrero Grande Drive, E Markland Drive, Fulton Avenue, W Riggin Street, Collegian Avenue, and 1st Street.
