Police Department Electronic Door Access Control System

The Town of Windham is seeking sealed proposals from qualified vendors tofurnish and install a computer-monitored electronic door access control systemfor the Windham Police Department located at 4 Fellows Road, Windham, NewHampshire. This project will replace existing keyed and PIN-based locks with aunified, modern, and trackable access control system.Vendors shall submit proposals with two pricing options:• Option #1: Installation of an electronic access control system for the WindhamPolice Department located at 4 Fellows Road, Windham, NH.• Option #2: Installation of the same system for the Windham Police Department(4 Fellows Road) and the Windham Police Animal Control Facility located at 21Haverhill Road, Windham, NH. Both facilities must operate on a unifiedmanagement platform controlled through the same central software.Specifications and bid documents may be obtained from the Windham PoliceDepartment, 4 Fellows Road, Windham, NH, or at the Town’s website(www.WindhamNH.gov). Bids are due no later than Thursday December 4, 2025at 2:00 PM and will be publicly opened at that time. The Board of Selectmen willconsider the award within 30 days of the opening. The Town reserves the right toreject any and all proposals, waive informalities, or accept any proposal deemedin the Town’s best interest.
