Architectural Services 2026-2027 SY (RFP)

Architectural services. The proposer will be required to perform, but not be limited to, the following services site analysis and planning; documentation of existing conditions; defining project needs; budget projections; schematic concept development; preliminary design; construction documents including specifications; assistance with bidding and negotiation; construction administration; space planning; assisting in acquiring governmental approvals; attendance at regular, special and emergency meetings of the east orange board of education, if required; attendance at all other meetings that the board deems necessary; preparation and/ or review of reports, permits and applications as requested by the board; and review of all correspondence referred by the board, and preparation of correspondence on behalf of the board, if requested. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
