Electrical Load Analysis and Generator Sizing

Seeking proposals from qualified, licensed electrical contractors to conduct a comprehensive load analysis. The selected contractor will be responsible for 1. Performing a detailed load analysis of the community center's electrical systems, including essential and non-essential circuits. 2. Identifying critical loads necessary for community operations during a power outage. 3. Recommending the appropriate generator size (in kW/kVA) to meet operational needs. 4. Providing written documentation of the analysis, methodology, assumptions, and calculations.
