Description

Project scope is to install on-site (private property) sewer laterals and cleanouts to connect residents currently utilizing septic systems to the city's sewer system. This project will also provide for the demolition and abandonment of existing on-site septic tanks This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Q&A deadline November 6, 2025, 11:00a AM. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Locations at Maze Blvd, Spencer Ave, Truman Ave, Marshall Ave, Spruce St, and Martin Luther King Dr.
