The Department of Human Services, Torrance State Hospital (TSH) is seeking a contractor to provide POLYGRAPH SERVICES for consumers in our Sexual Responsibility Treatment Program located at State Route 1014, Torrance, PA 15779, Westmoreland County.The term of this contract will be five years.Quantities listed are estimates and may increase or decrease based on the needs of the facility.Bids are due December 23, 2025, at 10:00 am and must be submitted electronically. Late bids will bedisqualified. Contractors must enter firm prices for all contracted years and provide appropriateresponses to all “Mandatory Attributes” contained in the solicitation.
