The Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to furnish rest area maintenance services, consumable Supplies and grounds and minor building maintenance and cleaning for the Homewood Rest Area, KDOT No. 4-2507 (SB) and 4-2508 (NB), located on I-35, approximately 7 miles southwest of Ottawa in Franklin County, Kansas
