Dixon Warehouse Janitorial Services

The facility comprises approx. 100,000 SF, including both warehouse and office areas. Of this total, the administrative offices, laboratory spaces, kitchen, restrooms, and break rooms collectively account for approx. 32,000 SF. Currently, janitorial services are required for approx. 15,000 SF of actively occupied space. In the event of an emergency declaration, activation, or other operational expansion, additional areas up to 17,000 SF may be occupied and will require janitorial services. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. All questions arising from the walk-through must be submitted in writing to the Contract Analyst prior to November 14, 2025. Verbal information at walk-through will not be binding on the State unless such information is issued in writing as an addendum. Responses to questions will be provided to those who attended the mandatory walk-through by November 18, 2025.
