Catawba Hospital - Kitchen Equipment Preventative Maintenance Service

Provide full service maintenance, including repairs and enhancements, for kitchen equipment; all labor, parts, supplies, refrigerants, freight, and travel that are used for repair of agreed upon equipment will be included in the price, with the exception of damage caused by customer abuse or normal wear; parts, which are not covered slicer blades, chopper blades, fry vats, mixer bowls, dough hooks, whips, and accessories, dishwasher curtains and cleanout plugs. Steamer boilers are not covered for replacement under contract; water filters on steamers and ice machines are not covered under contract. See attached file. Contract period will start from April 1, 2026 Through March 31, 2027, with four (4) optional one-year contract renewals through. Q&A deadline January 16, 2026 by 2:00 PM. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply.
