Description

The project will consist of asbestos abatement, demolition, disposal of structures located at approx. 8 addresses and associated work. Questions or inquiries should be submitted no later than September 1, 2025, and be directed in writing to the Div. of Purchase, Bernard Mahoney, bernardmahoney@ongov.net. MBE Utilization Goal of 18% and WBE Utilization Goal of 12%. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
