Notice of Meeting Alaska Housing Finance Corporation Audit Committee Meeting THE AHFC BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ AUDIT COMMITTEE will meet at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 in the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (“AHFC”) boardroom at 4300 Boniface Parkway, Anchorage, Alaska. The AGENDA will include: A. Review and approval of the October 21, 2025 Audit Committee minutes; B. Presentation and discussion by Eide Bailly of the FY25 External Audit: 1) AHFC Federal Financial Assistance Report; C) Presentation and approval of FY26 Internal Audit Reports: 1) Telework, Internal Audit Report 26-01; 2) Renovation Loan Program, Internal Audit Report 26-04; 3) First Bank Ketchikan Mortgage Servicer, Internal Audit Report 26-05; 4) Northern Tobacco Securitization Corporation, Internal Audit Report 26-07; 5) Finance Department, Internal Audit Report 26-08; D. Presentation and discussion of FY26 IAD Activity Reports: 1. Internal/External Audit Activity Report; 2. Grantee Financial and Administrative Monitoring Activity Report; 3. Affordable Housing Compliance Monitoring Activity Report; E. Any other matters to properly come before the Committee. ONE OR MORE COMMITTEE MEMBERS may participate in the meeting by conference call pursuant to as 18.56.040(b). THE PUBLIC is invited to attend the meeting through WebEx but should be aware that portions of the meeting may be held in Executive Session. Committee meetings and work sessions do not provide for public testimony. Pertinent reference materials, if used, will be made available to those members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting.
