Description

Provide facilities needs condition assessment and facility reserve study noting construction defects, components which appear to exhibit less than expected useful service life, and building systems which are at or nearing end of their estimated useful life. Systems include but are not limited to substructure, shell, conveyance, roofing, electrical, plumbing, pumps, heaters, site, and fire protection systems. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Question Submission Deadline November 13, 2025, 12:00 pm.
