New Canaan is seeking renovation services for an alternative high school to improve facilities.

Description

Work include demo office wall to make one bigger office. Save window and re install to existing hallway wall. Install counter top with sink, 2 outlets for counter, 1 microwave outlet and one refrigerator outlet in the break room. Install upper and lower mill work in the break room. New bathroom, will need 2 walls built, new doorway, rough out and install 1 toilet, 1 sink. Install 1 outlet, 1 switch for lighting, 1 switch for exhaust fan, call for aid and new ceiling grid with tiles. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
