Seeking a proposer with a strong track record and demonstrated ability to successfully design, permit, finance, construct, and operate multi-purpose developments similar to the project site in scale and complexity. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. For design participation goals MBE 6.6% and WBE 15%. For construction participation goals MBE:4.2% and WBE 8.8%. Additionally, the construction utilization workforce goals for workers of state-funded and state-assisted projects 15.3% minority workers & 6.9% women workers.
