Georgia Breakbulk Logistics Park

Sealed proposals for Georgia Breakbulk Logistics Park project J-30688.0002 owned by the Golden Isles Development Authority will be received by the Owner at the offices of Thomas & Hutton located at 1208 Newcastle Street, Suite 201, Brunswick, GA 31520 until 10:00 AM, March 10, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project consists of the following generally described work which includes installation of one full access driveway and one right¿in right¿out driveway including site clearing, grading, and associated infrastructure for a future industrial park. Contract Documents and technical specifications are attached as part of this solicitation. This solicitation is a rebid of Event PE-66136-NONST-2026-000000006 (Georgia Breakbulk Logistics Park). The original solicitation reflects "Awarded" on the Georgia Procurement Registry; however, no award was made. Only one proposal was received; therefore, the project is being re-advertised to encourage a more competitive response
