The location of the project area is further described as being within the NE1/4 of Section 3, Township 27 South, Range 21 West, and the NW1/4 of Section 35, Township 26 South, Range 21 West, Seward Meridian, within Anton Larsen Bay approximately 11 miles northeast of Kodiak, Alaska.The public and agencies are invited to review and comment on this proposed project.
