Texas State University(“Texas State” or “University”) and the City of San Marcos(“CoSM”) aresoliciting Competitive Solicitations (“Request for Proposals” or “RFPs”) forthe selection of aqualified and capable vendor to provide MicromobilityTransportation options to the University and to theCoSM. This Solicitation sets forth the terms,conditions, and requirements for Respondents to beconsidered for thisproject. Accordingly, the University and CoSMdesire to enter into separate nonexclusiveContracts with one qualified,capable, and experienced firm to providethese services.
