The Project consists of but not limited to: Interior renovations to vacant units at 489 Lebanon St and 969 Main St. Both units are upper floors of 2-family wood-framed houses. Work includes new finishes and cabinetry, painting, plumbing, electrical, new heating systems, new electrical service, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, lead remediation.
