Provide services to operate a step-up/step-down program for children with intellectual disability, ages 8 to 20 who are at risk of hospitalization, or are transitioning out of hospitalization due to significant behavioral health concerns. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. A pre-bid conference was held on October 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM
