INVITATION TO BIDCOMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY of PENNSYLVANIA – BLOOMSBURG CAMPUSCWU-57-B: MONTGOMERY PLACE APARTMENTS DOOR REPLACEMENTCWU – Bloomsburg campus invites General Contractors to download documents for this project.The Work included under this Project consists of the replacement of existing exterior doors, thresholds, and door hardware with new, in-kind doors, thresholds, and door hardware.Work for the Project shall be accomplished by a single prime contractor in accordance with Pennsylvania statute. The Prime Contractor shall be the General Contractor. Specific instructions for coordination and responsibilities of the Prime Contractor are contained in Section 013100, Project Management and Coordination, and elsewhere throughout the Contract Documents.A mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on November 18, 2025, at 1:00 PM in Monty’s Multi-Purpose Room on the campus of Bloomsburg University, Bloomsburg PA  17815.Electronic Bids are due no later than 1:00 PM, EDT on December 16, 2025, through PennBid located at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/The Bid package is available at no cost via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/.  In order to submit a proposal, interested bidders need to register with PennBid.
