Description

This scope of work is to provide a standard of quality between bidding vendors for rentals for the 2025 City of Santa Clarita Annual Light Up Main Street Event. The event takes place from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (PT). Setup of this event will begin at 7:00 AM Saturday, November 15, 2025. All work must be completed by 12:00 PM. Removal of all equipment can begin on at 8:30 PM and must be completed by 11:00 PM. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Question Acceptance Deadline 09/10/2025 11:00 AM.
