The City of Holyoke DPW seeks qualifications from engineering firms to complete the final design and bid-ready construction documents for the River Terrace Combined Sewer Separation Project. Project is at 60% design level. Scope of work includes confirming and updating utility base mapping as previously surveyed against current utility records, field investigations to identify and resolve any potential design conflicts with utilities, final design plans permitting ,bid docs
