Seeks one (1) vendor to serve as the third-party administrator (tpa) for eligible employees from the four (4) participating employers. Anticipated Initial Term of Agreement July 1, 2026 – December 31, 2031, with options to extend the agreement up to a maximum term of ten (10) years. See attached file.
