NEW HANOVER COUNTY RECYCLING AND SOLID WASTE DEPARTMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS WOOD & VEGETATIVE GRINDING SERVICES RFP # 26-0187 Proposals will be received by Anne McAllister, Business Officer for “RFP # 26-0187 WOOD & VEGETATIVE GRINDING SERVICES” until 3:00 P.M. EST, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2025. Proposals should be emailed to Anne McAllister, Business Officer, at amcallister@nhcgov.com. The subject line should contain RFP# 26-0187 WOOD & VEGETATIVE GRINDING SERVICES. New Hanover County Recycling & Solid Waste Department is accepting proposals for the grinding of recycled construction, demolition, and vegetative waste. Services are to be completed onsite at the New Hanover County Landfill at 5210 Hwy. 421 N., Wilmington, NC, as more fully described below under Section 3 - “Scope of Work”.
