Berths 32-33 Leveling Project (IFB)

Work of this 700 calendar day project consists, in general, of furnishing all labor, materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services and supervision required to eliminate the grade differential between Berths 32 and 33, including, but not limited to excavation offhaul and disposal of the Port stockpile near seventh Street, testing and disposal of contaminated soils, construction and modifications of stormwater systems and facilities, modification and installation of high mast lighting, including underground electrical duct banks, and a unit substation, AC pavement construction including cement treated subgrade and aggregate base, placement of lightweight cellular fill within BART transbay tube zone of influence, pavements striping, fencing and K-Rail installation; and performing all associated work, all in accordance with the Contract Documents.
