Description

Provide a commercial software solution and professional services to modernize its faculty report of professional activities process. This project involves transitioning from an in-house system to a scalable, accessible, and integrated platform that supports annual faculty merit reviews and aligns with institutional technical, functional, and compliance requirements. The contract term shall begin upon execution and continue for a period of three (3) years. The contract may be renewed upon mutual agreement for up to two (2) additional one-year periods, for a total term not to exceed five (5) years. See attached file. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Last Date to Submit Written Questions December 5, 2025, at 02:00 PM.
