8039-24 - Sigsbee Water Generator Replacement

This project consists of the contractor being responsible for the installation of one (1) caterpillar model D100-8 generator set and components, one (1) external 500-gallon diesel fuel tank and components including fuel piping to generator. The work will include the removal from the facility the existing generator and fuel tank, all of which will become the property of the contractor. The work may also include the demolition and reinstall of concrete masonry unit (CMU) wall (dependent on installation method(s) of generator set), concrete repairs and modifications to the generator pad and fuel tank pad, installation of fuel piping, electrical conduits from building to fuel tank, and components and incidentals. located on Sigsbee Road (Coordinates 24.599518, -81.770526) and is north of the North Roosevelt Boulevard at Sigsbee Road intersection and prior to the Key West Naval Air Station Gate.
