Regulatory requirements calosha regulations ccr 5156- 5158; definitions and basics; hazard of confined spaces; hazard recognition and control; atmospheric monitoring and ventilation; hazard communication; rescue procedures; injury and illness prevention program; permit system; entry procedures; duties of authorized entrants, supervisors, and attendants personal protective equipment, standard first aid, and gas meters; training shall also cover materials from the approved public works confined space manuals; public works safety directive g114 confined space entry program. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
