Description

Remove and replace windows in existing masonry openings in 74 units in 3 residential buildings. Replace composite masonry sills and exterior trim. Selective replacement of interior trim. Painting of trim. Furnish and install through-window air source heat pumps (148 total). Provide new power outlets & surface raceway for heat pumps. Alternate for similar scope of work at community building. Filed sub bid for electrical. Materials will be available starting 1/14/2026 on biddocs.com
