Description

The Project consists of but not limited to: Remove existing asphalt roof shingles, gutters and downspouts. Remove asbestos chimney flashing. New plywood sheathing and rigid insulation over existing deck. Complete roof replacement with new asphalt shingles. Replace existing gutters and downspouts. Remove and replace fascia with new PVC . THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
