Henry County Public Schools is seeking architectural and engineering roof design services for re-roofing existing facilities

Description

Architectural and engineering roof design services. Re-roofing project consisting of various roof sections at existing facilities. Services that the A/E will be required to perform Conduct roof moisture and roof drainage surveys, manufacturer's warranty audits and pre-designed surveys. Prepare reports with recommendations for correcting roof problems. Period of contract initial one-year contract with option to renew for four (4) additional one-year terms. See attached file.
