Description

The 2026 Berthoud Sidewalk Improvements Project as defined per task order may consist of full removaland replacement, grinding, and new installation of concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, and accessible ramps.Some areas may require asphalt cutting and patching. Landscape restoration, expansion joint construction,dowels, and sawcutting activities shall be inclusive of bid price. Bidders shall follow CDOT standardspecifications for ADA ramps, sidewalks, and vertical curbs. LCUASS standards shall be followed forstandard rollover curbs; however, some instances may be required to match existing conditions. Actual workquantities will vary from the Bid Form quantities.

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
