Landscape Maintenance Services - Mather Commerce Center

The City of Rancho Cordova, through its Department of Public Works, invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for Landscape Maintenance Services at the Mather Commerce Center. The selected Contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive landscape maintenance for designated City-owned properties, including but not limited to: Scope of Services includes, but is not limited to: All work shall be performed in accordance with industry standards, applicable regulations, and sustainable maintenance practices to ensure the long-term health and appearance of landscaped areas as outlined in the Scope of Services.
