Orangeberry Road Water Tower Painting Improvements (CIP W-20)

***NOTICE: Addendum No. 1 was issued on 10/13/2025*** This project involves rehabilitation and painting of the 1 MG water tower located at 6445 Orangeberry Road in Hilliard, Ohio. Work includes abrasive blast cleaning and recoating of the entire exterior with full containment, the interior dry area, the interior wet area, various interior and exterior tank modifications, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation for Bid. The Engineer's Estimate for the Project is $2,280,000. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the Engineer's Estimate by more than ten percent (10%). The Final Completion date for the Project is November 15, 2026. This project is being funded through local funds. State prevailing wage applies to this project. There is no DBE goal.
