Kitchen Repairs and Services

Belton Independent School District invites companies to submit proposals for Kitchen Repairs and Services. It is the intent of the District to award to multiple vendors to perform services on a task-request basis as needed throughout the District. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will be effective from the December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2026 with one (1) year additional renewal option, unless either party provides a non-renewal notice, 30 days prior to the renewal date.This proposal is being issued in accordance with Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2 CFR) Part 200, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) to procure goods and/or services using federal dollars and in accordance with Texas Education Code 44.031. This proposal may be used with local, state, federal and grant funded programs.Belton Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District
