PRE-QUALIFIED CONSTRUCTION PROJECT REQUEST FOR BIDVista Grande Drainage Basin Improvements ProjectSealed proposals, submitted only upon the bid proposal forms furnished by the City will be received by the City of Daly City at the City Clerk's Office, City Hall, 333 - 90th Street, Daly City, California 94015 at2:00 PM on December 23, 2025at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bids will only be accepted by firms that were previously pre-qualified to bid this Project, as determined by the Prequalification process undertaken by the City in the first quarter of 2025. Letters were issued to the prequalified firms that indicate their eligibility to bid as a prime general contractor, to be a subcontractor for a portion of the work, or participate in bidding as a member of a joint venture.This project is subject to the requirements of California Public Contract Code Sections 20101 and 22000 et seq., and Labor Code Sections 1720 through 1861. Only firms prequalified through the City's process conducted in accordance with Section 20101 are eligible to bid.
