NOTICE TO BIDDERS –MANDATORY PRE-BID SITE VISITBidders are required to attend amandatory pre-bid site visit to inspect the work site to become familiar with the condition and equipment needed to conduct the requested services.The mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Waco Regional Office Complex.
