The renovation of a 3,671 square foot laundry building into the Maintenance Operations Division (MOD) shop and offices building; involves replacing the roof and internal roof drains on the Administration Building, East Building, North Building, South Building and West Building; involves the replacement of rooftop mechanical units; at the North Building it involves the first floor corridor to East Building storefront window replacement; at the West Building it involves the second floor medication room expansion, laundry room relocation, group therapy room storefront window replacement and third floor medication room expansion; at the South Building it involves the modernization of the staff elevator and a renovation to create an elevator machine room; at the Fourth Floor it involves the replacement of the storefront windows in the Group Room; it involves a generator replacement; it involves the expansion of one outdoor patient area and the addition of one outdoor patient area.Scope of work• renovation of laundry building into maintenance operations division (mod) shop and offices.• replace roof on administration bldg., east bldg., north bldg., south bldg.
