Transportation District 3 at approx twenty-eight (28) locations in Ashland, Crawford, Erie, Huron, Lorain, Medina, Richland and Wayne counties; Department of Transportation District 4 at approx
forty-four (44) locations in Ashtabula, Mahoning, Portage, Stark, Summit and Trumbull counties and Department of Transportation District 12 at approx eighteen (18) locations in Cuyahoga, Geauga
and Lake counties.
