Description

Consultant to update the City’s outdated Comprehensive plan. The City received an Energy and Mineral Impact Assistance Fund Grant (EIAF Grant) from the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) to update its comprehensive plan, conditional on inclusion of DOLA’s land use planning policies. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Questions must be in writing and can be e-mailed to tom.acre@cityoffortmorgan.com. The cut-off date and time for questions is September 18, 2025 at 9:00 a.m.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution.
