Description

Perform mold testing services. Inspect all interior surfaces within the armory for mold to include, but not limited to 1. Walls (bathroom, kitchen, and exposed foundation) 2. Wall cavities between the drywall and foundation 3. Windows and windowsills 4. Enclosed attic spaces and crawl spaces 5. Air ducts and vents material finishes b. Take surface and air samples and test for mold indicators c. Conduct moisture mapping and determine all major and hidden leaks d. Provide a detailed and comprehensive report of findings. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. Q&A END 11/25/2025 at 4:00 PM This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. DVBE - 5%.
