FY27 Community Mitigation Fund Grants

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission, under department 1068CONVD, has released RFP number BD-26-1068-1068C-1068L-121911 for the Fiscal Year 2027 Community Mitigation Fund (CMF) Grants. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit applications for grant funding from the Community Mitigation Fund, which aims to address the impacts of casino gaming within the Commonwealth. The scope of this grant opportunity includes projects and initiatives that mitigate impacts in areas such as public safety, traffic, infrastructure, and community development. Key requirements include adherence to the FY27 CMF Guidelines outlined in Appendix A. Separate application forms are provided for Municipalities (Appendix C) and Regional Agencies (Appendix D). Waiver forms are also available for Municipalities (Appendix E) and Regional Agencies (Appendix F) where applicable. Prospective applicants should also review the instructions detailed in Appendix B.
