Description

Advanced technical proficiency in gis software and spatial database development, including the use of postgresql and postgis, or equivalent. The contractor must also possess strong knowledge of sql and experience with programming languages such as python and r to support data modeling, analysis, and workflow automation. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
