ODOC Technical Rescue Training Manikin

We need rescue manikins for both our rescue series and firefighter courses. We have some older models that are missing pieces such as, arms, legs, etc. and it has come to a point where they can no longer be repaired for use. Some of the manikins are busted and have lost their internal sand or pellets. Additionally, the new search and rescue training building is coming online soon, and we should start ramping up on training needs. This will avoid us asking for everything all at once. We can utilize the good manikins in the search and rescue training house and in other uses. We will utilize the broken manikins in the burn building.
