The Village is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to replace the HVAC system in the North Palm Beach Library. Scope of work includes the replacement of existing HVAC units at the NPB Library Building located at 303 Anchorage Drive, North Palm Beach, FL 33408.Proposer shall use the construction plans prepared by REG Architects dated 10/23/2025.The Village is extending the pre-bid meeting window until December 5, 2025 at 3:00 pm.If your firm is unable to attend the 11/18/25 pre-bid meeting and would still like to submit a proposal, please email Mr. Nelson Schad @For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address.to schedule a walkthrough of the facility.
