Design-Build of the Eastside Community Park Project

DESIGN-BUILD of the Eastside Community Park Project. The project site consists of approx. 2.35 acres. The project will include, at minimum, the following elements a multi-story 10,000 SF community center as defined in the design criteria package; a 10-foot-wide walking path with benches; a 20-foot pavilion; tennis court; basketball court; covered playground with associated play equipment; observation deck; fishing pier; trash receptacles; artwork slab; monument and digital informational kiosk sign(s); as well as video surveillance, security system, access controls, Wi-Fi, fiber network infrastructure, and other associated IT components. Local Tamarac Vendors, Broward County Certified Business Entities, Minority- Owned, Woman-Owned, Veteran-Owned and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
