Community Center HVAC Ductwork Cleaning and Insulation Replacement

Provide cleaning and maintenance of the HVAC system at the community center. The work includes HEPA vacuuming of four (4) air handling units (AHUs), ductwork, 26 Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes, and all registers/diffusers/grilles; removal and replacement of deteriorated fiberglass insulation inside AHUs 1, 2, 3, and 4 with 1/2" Armaflex SA closed-cell insulation; cleaning of coils and mechanical room ductwork; ensuring service is conducted during unoccupied periods as required. Any questions regarding the specifications shall be directed, in writing by email only, no later than October 3, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. to Pam Gery, Parks & Rec Director at geryp@guilfordct.gov with a copy to Darlene Minore, Manager of Purchasing & Accounting at purchasing@guilfordct.gov and Todd Rake, Facilities Supervisor at raket@guilfordct.gov. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
